SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping with Big D Energy Drink. This Shipping Policy outlines how and when your orders will ship, estimated delivery times, and what to do if there are issues with your shipment.


1. ORDER PROCESSING

  • Orders are processed Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).

  • Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched.

  • Orders placed after 12 PM (CST) or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.


2. SHIPPING RATES & ESTIMATES

  • Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and chosen delivery speed.

  • Free or discounted shipping promotions will be clearly stated at checkout (when applicable).


3. ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES

Typical delivery timelines (after your order is processed):

  • Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping (if offered): Varies by destination (7–21 business days)

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.


4. TRACKING INFORMATION

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

  • Tracking may take up to 24 hours to update after the carrier receives the package.


5. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

  • We currently ship within the continental United States (and to Alaska/Hawaii where available).

  • We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

  • International shipping may be limited or unavailable for energy drink products due to customs regulations.


6. DAMAGED, LOST, OR STOLEN PACKAGES

  • Damaged items: If your order arrives damaged, contact us at info@bigdenergydrink.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We will review and arrange a replacement or refund where appropriate.

  • Lost packages: If tracking shows "delivered" but you haven’t received your package, please check with neighbors and your local carrier first. If still missing, email us — we’ll work with the carrier to resolve the issue.

  • Stolen packages: We are not responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery. Please ensure you provide a secure shipping address.


7. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESSES

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer are not eligible for replacement or refund. Contact us immediately if you realize an error — if your order hasn’t shipped, we’ll do our best to update it.


8. INTERNATIONAL ORDERS (OPTIONAL)

If we offer international shipping:

  • Customs duties, import taxes, and other fees are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

  • Customs processing may delay delivery times beyond our control.
