Order Processing

At BIG D ENERGY DRINK, we pride ourselves on quick and efficient order processing. Our dedicated team works hard to ensure that every order is processed within 30 minutes of receipt. Please double-check your order before submitting, as we strive to process your orders as fast as possible!

Fulfillment Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Friday: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM CT 
  • Saturday & Sunday & Holidays: CLOSED

Orders placed outside of our fulfillment hours will be processed on the next business day.

Order Edits & Cancellations

Once an order has been placed, it cannot be edited or canceled. We are unable to update quantities, add or remove items, or change the shipping address after the order is submitted. To avoid any issues, please carefully review your order, including billing/shipping addresses and quantities, before finalizing your purchase.

Shipping Methods & Costs

  • We offer standard ground shipping for all online orders. The shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination and the total weight of your order.
  • Estimated Delivery Time: Orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days after processing. Delivery times may vary depending on location and shipping carrier delays.
  • We currently ship to addresses within the continental United States. Unfortunately, we do not ship to P.O. boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, or internationally at this time.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update.

Damaged, Lost, or Stolen Packages

  • If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a replacement or refund.
  • For lost or stolen packages, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier with your tracking number. While we are not responsible for packages after they leave our facility, we will do our best to assist you in locating your order.

Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or outside of the continental United States at this time.
  • We reserve the right to cancel any order that cannot be shipped to the provided address.
